Spoke with Mr Patel via phone and pleased with his information and manner. Arrived to show room and every documents were ready. No pushing and not much talking. We were given two keys of cars( Mercedes Benz) and feel free to view. All information provided were accurate and correct. Full explanation everything's about warranty and no need to ask. Nice person to work with him. He well understand what customer needs and wants. We bought Mercedes and drove back to Birmingham within hour. Extremely friendly and reliable service, they won't pressure you into buying anything and will patiently answer any questions you may have. They usually have a good range of reasonably priced cars to choose from but if you see something you like, don't delay, as their cars tend to sell very quickly. They also offer a very fair price on your part exchange car too. Calm, relaxed, polite and totally professional service from start to end. I have just purchased a second car (for my wife) from them and have already recommended them to all of my friends and relatives.
